Service scope
Installation, repair, maintenance, and opener work
Each service is broken down by system, component, and what the work involves, so you can see exactly what a visit covers before you request an estimate.

Preventative inspection, opener diagnostics

Scheduled maintenance
Rollers, sensors, and mounting hardware
A maintenance visit inspects the rollers and hinges for wear, tests the photo-eye safety sensors for alignment and response, and re-torques the mounting hardware so the door runs square and quiet. Findings are listed item by item so you can see what was checked and what needs attention.
Opener services
Belt, chain, and direct-drive calibration
Opener service covers force calibration to the safe reversal limits, logic board diagnostics for error codes, and inspection of the drive belt or chain tension. Each motor type is serviced to its own specification, and the calibration is verified with the door before the visit closes.

Opener hardware
Receiver modules, back-up power, and trolley assemblies
The core components that set how an opener behaves, and what each one needs to stay within tolerance.

Receiver
Smart receiver modules
The receiver controls the motor and reads remote, keypad, and smart-device signals. Diagnostics here cover signal strength, stored codes, and logic board faults.

Power
Battery back-up systems
Back-up batteries keep the door operating during outages. Service includes checking charge capacity, connections, and the transfer behavior when mains power drops.

Drive
Heavy-duty trolley assemblies
The trolley carries the door along the rail. Heavy-duty assemblies are inspected for drive-arm wear, carriage alignment, and the chain or belt path under load.
